• Registered and licensed engineer.

• REPEV registration preferably.

• At least 05 years of experience in the appraisal of movable and immovable property or intangible assets.

• Be able to make accurate calculations.

• Be updated in all relevant laws and technology related to their field of work.

• Be organized, responsible and committed to the job.

• Flexible and adaptable to different situations.
